We aim to please with all the things you'd expect to find like some logs, sheets & bedding, towels, free wireless internet, Sky and so on. If there is something you don't see here, (e.g. cots), just ask in plenty of time(there's an enquiry form on the booking page),if we don't have it we will see if we can get it for you.

There's a public sports field over the quiet lane. It's visible from our patio. There are several football pitches, a cricket pitch, tennis courts and even a bowling green. Check with the clubs for availability.

A mixture of baths, Jacuzzi and/or power showers, (some double size). Refreshing.

A great place to cook, eat or chat. Complete with a lovely large AGA oven.

We know what it's like when everyone in a group wants to cook at the same time so we've provided a second kitchen with conventional oven and hobs.

We have libraries of books, videos, DVD films and games to choose from.

About the size of a tennis court, wide open with views to the hills and the sea yet secluded and large enough for all sorts of fun and games.

We have 2 acres in total: lots of trees and terracing with a path winding down to our private footbridge.

You want somewhere to put your food so we kept the big walk in pantry. There are also lots of cupboards in the kitchens to choose from.

Washing machine, clothes dryer, freezer, several fridges, big AGA, conventional oven and hobs, microwave ovens, dishwasher, several TVs, DVD players, radio and more.

We have our own private parking for around 8-10 cars by The Cleeve and further free public parking can be found by our footbridge.
